I  had a interest in lock sport as a hobby.  I bought a bunch of   tools from Sparrows . I thought the larger handled rakes would help but found it still aggravated my arthritis in hand and had to stop picking 

please go to the sparrows web site for more  information from the sparrows web site on the King And Queen rakes. there is a technique to using them.  and it might take some practice on your part, there are you tube video s on how to use them correctly.  if you have a problem with using the tool  or unhappy with how the tool is working for you please don't blame me and ask for a return, I am making no claims on how good or bad these tools work. they will only work on certain locks  you will have to experiment to find out. There were made by sparrows , they are a well known popular  brand and company in the lock sport community.
