Q: Do you really sell your stuff out of your closet?
A: While most of my items are still in their business closet, we have expanded to the "basement closet" as well as "friend closets" for our business partners :)

Q: What's the closet gang like?
A: We are passionate about finding good quality products that won't break the bank. Honesty and clarity about what you are receiving is paramount - if you're not 100% sure about what you're looking at, send us a message and we'll take a hundred pictures if necessary! And, most importantly, we love cats and spoiling them.

Q: What kind of packaging do you use?
A: The majority of our packaging is reused boxes that we personally check for re-shippable quality. If we are not satisfied with the box inventory, the right thing is purchased for your item to be mailed in. All items are well padded, also often with recycled or reused materials. In short, we generally try re-use shipping products, but everything packed the way we would expect to receive a product ourselves. We've been on the receiving end of too many crumpled deliveries to want anybody else getting that blech feeling.

Q: What do you define as a "business day?"
A: Our days of standard business are Monday through Friday.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Our default is not to accept returns unless it is an extreme circumstance, i.e. the product was not as described. You are welcome to message us to discuss an exception. We also stay in compliance with eBay's Returnable Item standards when necessary!

Additionally, if you buy a new sealed item, you cannot return it if opened unless broken in transit.

Q: If you sell enough, do you cats get more treats?
A: Regardless of the number of sales, the cats are equally spoiled. They might just be a little rounder from celebratory treats.
