This part is graphite colored.

This part is intended for experienced users and installers. Installing this part on an Aeron backrest requires:

1) Factory pre-drilled holes in the backrest frame

or

2) You drill holes into your Aeron's frame. I cannot assist in any manner with drilling your chair.

or

3) You 3D print an adapter. I cannot assist in any manner with 3D printing.

If you do not feel comfortable performing these tasks, then the correct course of action is to buy a backrest with PostureFit SL pre-installed.
