Antique Tin Drum Noisemaker/Christmas Ornament

It appears to have been an advertising Christmas ornament that originally had a paper label on the drum
Noisemaker functions well.
Drum measures 1 3/4" in diameter.
Displays beautifully, and sold unpolished, just as found, with original warm patina.
excellent working order - it makes a drumming sound as you turn the handle - it does show some signs of wear/patina from age - I believe it originally had a paper advertising label on it - the only other one I saw was for Birmingham's Ice Cream and it was not in working order - an amazing collectible!
