You are bidding on a 1951 Turf Cigarettes Famous Footballers Neil Franklin card - graded PSA 5 EX - PSA cert #16372328.  As of 12/31/25, this is the lone PSA 5 example, with one graded higher.   A former England international, Franklin is also known as a Stoke City & Hull City legend.
