This came from a recent estate sale of a china collector. The auctioneer told me it has been in a glass cabinet ever since it was purchased. I listed it as "new other" since I can't prove whathe claimed. I can tell you it looks brans new.
He also told me it is unique in that the handles are white and not blue as most are with the 22K gold trim. You can see the 22K gold trim throughout the piece. It measures 6-3/4" long x6" tall x 4-1/2" wide.
