They both feature an interchangeable knurled post and a spring-loaded return hook

Standard wrist strap, a green body, black stem, and trigger, and green bracket and stitching

The Swivel has a patented swivel connector that adjusts to multiple lengths and hand sizes and swivels 360 degrees

The Flex has a patented connector with just one screw that moves in and out to fit any hand size
