• Item Description - Antique Chinese tiered black lacquer wedding / picnic basket with mother-of-pearl inlay and Shou longevity symbols throughout. Structurally complete with all stacking tiers and original interior divided tray present.
• Color:  Black
• Size: Approx. 16.25" x 10" x 10"
• Weight: 3.11 lbs (unpacked)
• Condition: The large bail handle has been repaired and is secure but shows restoration at the joints. Scattered age-appropriate lacquer wear, minor edge rubbing, and small losses typical of early 20th century lacquer. Mother-of-pearl inlay remains largely intact with light surface wear. Interior retains original red lacquer with normal age wear. Overall displays beautifully and remains a highly decorative and functional example despite handle restoration.  Photographs are part of the description.  Please review.
