A great opportunity if you want a plug and play proper functioning new old stock Campagnolo bottom bracket for a Campagnolo Nuovo Record or vintage Super Record track aka Pista (or single ring) crank that is Italian threaded.  This is for track set ups that use the typical modern rear spacing of 120mm with a 70mm width shell.  There were old track bikes that used 65mm width and/or 110mm rear spacing - those very old bikes use a different spindle (such as a 65P110 or a 70P110) because they don't have a modern chainline.

The parts spindle and cups are later production and the spindle itself isn't labeled 70P120.  The 70P120 is dimensionally identical and of the same quality as the spindle (it was used in Victory bottom brackets) supplied here.  It the proper 109mm of course.  We suspect that late production factory packaged examples used the spindle with these markings but we aren't sure.   The box is not proper, but we wanted to supply your bottom bracket in a Campagnolo bottom bracket box.  If it was proper, the writing that is green would be blue for Italian, and the box would say Pista instead of Strada.

Note that this bottom bracket includes the 2-piece plastic sleeve.  If we recall, not all of the Pista bottom brackets were supplied with this (not sure).  We sometimes see this 2-piece sleeve selling by itself for over $50.

An added bonus is that all the bearing surfaces on this bottom bracket are nicer than those we see on many NOS bottom brackets.  There isn't the typical cosmoline staining or light oxidation we often see on boxed bottom brackets.

So if you're ok with non-exact markings, but like the idea of knowing all the parts are factory fresh and gorgeous, and you like the lovely 2-piece bottom bracket, then this is a great opportunity.

It is painful seeing how many bottom brackets are offered on ebay that have mis-matched parts or are incorrectly identified.  We've been selling Campagnolo vintage bottom brackets for nearly 45 years and have a pretty good clue what we're doing :)

Note that we strive to price our items fairly.  No jacking up prices and then making huge discounts, and no "gotcha-pricing" that tries to prey on those who don't know the market.  If you support fair business practices we hope you will buy from us.
This item is perfect for that old Masi DeRosa Cinelli or Colnago Reynolds 531 or Columbus SL bicycle that you have.

This item will be great for that vintage lightweight bicycle that you may be displaying at Classic Bicycles Auburn in June 2026 in Auburn Indiana at the famous Auburn Cord Duesenberg Museum

The fine print:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine if an item purchased from us is safe for use.  Many items, especially vintage items, are best for display-only due to metal fatigue, other degradation from time, and vintage designs that were not subject to modern testing.  If you purchase an item from us and you make a determination that the item is not safe for use, contact us for a replacement or refund.  But don't use this reason is you simply changed your mind about your need for the item.  You take care of us, and we take care of you!

This item is being sold by Boulder Bicycle.  We "failed retirement" and once again are in the vintage bicycle parts business.  The staff at Boulder Bicycle has been selling vintage Campagnolo Nuovo Record and Super Record parts since the early 1990's!

Note that while we failed retirement and we plan to keep the business low key.  We may not be shipping every day.  We adjust the handling time in all our ebay listings to give an accurate indication of when we will ship.

Do not ask us to report a lower-than-actual value for items shipped internationally.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay all customs/vat/import fees.  And please don't get mad at us if the postal service is slow - we take pride on getting your order packaged carefully and shipped on Wednesday.  If the postal service is slow or has other issues, we'll help with tracking and moral support, but we aren't the postmaster.

A note about pricing - if we are interested in accepting offers for an item, we will enable price or "best offer" in the listing.  Otherwise, do not message us to ask if we will accept a lower price.  We review our pricing regularly and make changes based on product availability and market conditions.
You will notice many of our prices are much lower than other sellers for similar items.  We try to keep things fun and informative and fair for everyone.

Unfortunately, we are getting older and grumpier as time goes on - sorry about that.   So if you ask us if we will accept a lower price on an item that does not have "best offer" enabled, we may block you as a bidder.  Now we have to go yell at a kid to get off our lawn......
