-This is the first side sleeper pillow I have been able to use. Trust me, I've tried them all. I love the ergonomic arch shape which gives my shoulder room and neck support when I sleep on my side. Plus it's not too hard when I occasionally roll over on my back. Additionally, it doesn't weigh a ton, so I'm not moving around a brick when I change positions.
