RETURNS

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 business days after receiving the product
  • Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging
  • There will be no returns/exchanges on wheels that have been mounted
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns. Items must be in Brand New condition with original packaging
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, including shipping and handling fees, returns and exchanges
  • Refunds will be issued after receiving and verifying items are in new condition, original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Items that are returned in used, altered, or damaged condition will not receive a full refund
