This right is reserved exclusively for natural (consumers) persons, therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons who act for purposes referable to the professional activity carried out.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must:

A) Send, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of signing of the Note D? Order or from the date of receipt of the goods, to Ci.di.Service srl, via di Valle Foresta, 4b, 00062 Bracciano, (Rome), written communication of the withdrawal by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The communication can be sent, within the same term, also through, telegram, telex, e -mail and fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following forty -eight hours;
B) send to Ci.di.Service srl, via di Valle Foresta, 4b, 00062 Bracciano, (Rome), using a carrier of his choice and to his exclusive expenses, within fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the goods, the product/s) purchased, suitably protected and packaged in the original packs, accompanied by all any accessories, documentation and manuals of use. It is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal the substantial integrity of the products to be returned. The products must not have been damaged or altered.
