This item is loose and does not include the original package. The figure is in fair to poor condition. It does have some marks/paint wear on it, especially at the shoulders. The waist and chest can both spin slightly easier than a new figure. The figure is missing the purple that goes around the boots of the figure. You are bidding on the exact item in the pictures.
