Unless additional testing is expressly stated in the listing, evaluation is limited to confirming basic power-on functionality. Comprehensive clinical, operational and performance testing has not been completed.

This device has not been altered in any way that changes its original performance or safety specifications.

02

Manufacturer labels and instructions

Original manufacturer labels that remain attached to the equipment contain model identification, intended-use information, operating guidance, warnings, and safety instructions in English.

If the original labels are missing or incomplete due to previous use, the purchaser is responsible for obtaining the correct manufacturer’s instructions and reviewing them before installation, servicing, or operation.

Depending on the product and its intended application, inspection, maintenance, calibration, certification, registration or regulatory authorization may be required before it is placed into service. No representation is made regarding FDA approval, FDA clearance, or the item’s readiness for patient use.

Expiration Date: For non-disposable or durable medical equipment, the expiration date is N/A. If the item is a consumable, it will reach the buyer before the stated expiration date.

04

Professional inspection and intended use

The presence of manufacturer identification, documentation or accessories does not mean that the seller certifies, recommends or offers the equipment for a particular medical procedure, treatment, specialty or patient application.

The equipment is supplied in the condition described and may require inspection, repair, preventive maintenance, calibration or other professional service before operation. Depending on its condition and intended application, it may be suitable for technical evaluation, training, repair, parts or use by qualified professionals.

Maintenance protocols require that the device be inspected before and after each use for signs of wear, damage, or corrosion to ensure mechanical integrity.

The buyer accepts responsibility for evaluating suitability and arranging any required inspection, service and maintenance. The seller is not responsible for injury, loss, damage, regulatory violations or incidental or consequential expenses arising from possession or use of the product.
