Manufacturer labels and instructions

Original manufacturer labels that remain attached to the equipment contain model identification, intended-use information, operating guidance, warnings, and safety instructions in English.

If the original labels are missing or incomplete due to previous use, the purchaser is responsible for obtaining the correct manufacturer’s instructions and reviewing them before installation, servicing, or operation.

Purchaser qualifications and legal compliance

This equipment is offered to qualified healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, trained technical personnel, service companies, resellers and other legally authorized purchasers, where authorization is required.

The purchaser is responsible for determining and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as any international requirements, related to the acquisition, possession, resale, export, inspection, servicing, and use of the item.

Depending on the product and its intended application, inspection, maintenance, calibration, certification, registration or regulatory authorization may be required before it is placed into service. Maintenance protocols require that the device be inspected before and after each use for signs of wear, damage, or corrosion to ensure mechanical integrity. 

The buyer accepts responsibility for evaluating suitability and arranging any required inspection, service and maintenance. The seller is not responsible for injury, loss, damage, regulatory violations or incidental or consequential expenses arising from possession or use of the product.

The conditions governing our resale of equipment manufactured by Stryker Corporation and its affiliates require purchasers to accept restrictions concerning use and export.

By purchasing a Stryker product from us, the buyer agrees that the equipment will not be used within the United States and will not be sold, transferred or otherwise supplied for use within the United States.

The buyer further agrees to export the purchased Stryker equipment to a destination outside the United States. These conditions apply whether the transaction is completed directly, through eBay or through another online marketplace.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in recovery of losses or damages arising from the violation, including reasonable attorneys' fees and associated enforcement costs.
