Pre-owned condition. Not perfect! There’s a few cracks in the snow on the roof. White marker or fill could cover that up very easily. The trees around the flamingo sign are bent. Most likely could be bent back straight. Missing some of the original protective plastic bags that came with it. Box and styrofoam have wear. Please reference all photos.
