The RCS system consists of a register with which it is possible to modify the leverage of 18 or 20 mm, in order to reach the ideal feeling between pilot and motorcycles: by varying the intersecting, in fact, it is possible to make the braking system more reactive and ready (int. 20) or more modular (int. 18).
The change of configuration is very quick: just adjust the pump to cut 180 degrees by a screwdriver the register placed on the driving lever front, with the eccentric system (red on 18 mm, black on 20 mm): from this derives a different distribution of the braking force without modifying its pure power.
The piston, the gaskets and the tip of the RCS pumps are the same as the pumps used by the almost all of the MotoGP and SBK riders, characterized by very small processing tolerances and excellent smoothness. The lever, on the other hand, consists of two main components: the racing lever guide and the leverage itself, articulated, made through forging.
