·     IWTBY is a smoke & pet-free environment. Items acquired that have pet hair will be disclosed.

·     IWTBY sells domestically and internationally using the eBay Global Shipping Program, and offers local pickup (Carthage, NC 28327).

·     Buyer is responsible for all taxes and international fees.

·     Prompt shipping within 1 business day.

·     IWTBY cannot change the shipping address after the item is purchased. If you need the item shipped to a different location, please cancel the order and repurchase the item with the correct address. Once the item is brought to the shipping office, it cannot be changed and will be shipped to the original address.

·     To keep shipping costs low, IWTBY uses discretion when packaging items. Items are carefully packaged, and a shipping slip is included in the interior bag.

·     IWTBY weighs each item with packaging. Following USPS policy: USPS packages up to 15.99 oz are priced by the ounce, rounded up to 4 oz, 8 oz, 12 oz, and 15.99 oz. Packages heavier than 15.99 oz are charged by the pound. UPS policy: any fraction of a pound is rounded up to the next whole pound (2.3 lbs. is billed as 3 lbs.) Per USPS & UPS, dimensions are rounded up to the next whole unit; 10.1” becomes 11”. Typically, there is no price increase for rounding up.

·     Shipping rates are set by the shipping service based on your location from the IWTBY location (Carthage, NC 28327). IWTBY offers 3 shipping options.

Not as described/Returns:

In the event you receive anything in less-than-described condition, please send a message before leaving negative feedback. Please allow IWTBY the opportunity to resolve the issue, as your satisfaction is # 1.

·     30-Day Return: Upon receipt of delivery, inspect the item. If the item: a) does not match the listing description and pictures, b) is damaged during shipping, or c) is the wrong item, you can return it for a full refund, including a pre-paid return shipping label. *Item must be packaged & returned in the same condition as it was sent, unless it was damaged in shipping.

·     Returns for buyer’s remorse are accepted, including if the item does not fit. The buyer pays the shipping to return the item.
