All comic books are bagged and boarded. United States Postal Service (USPS) inspects all shipped packages. Media Mail packages may not contain advertisements (DMM 300 173.3.2). Comic books have ads and do not qualify for Media Mail rates. To ensure safe and timely delivery, all comics will be shipped via USPS Ground to avoid returned packages or postage due at the proper postage rate sent to the recipient (buyer) by USPS.
