I purchased it directly from Pottery Barn's website, and this is how it arrived.
This flaw is on the rim area of the cup that appears
to have been bumped before it was fully dry.
This does not appear to be a chip in the mug itself.
However, the area is rough, so probably not good for a left-handed
person who would be drinking out of this side of the mug.
Okay for a right-handed person because the flaw is on the opposite side.
