The program and starting grid are in very good condition with only light wear.  The ticket stub is in excellent condition.  Numerous pictures were taken to assist with the condition and content of the program and ticket stub.

The 83rd running of the Indianapolis 500 was held on May 30, 1999.  Kenny Brack won this race over Jeff Ward, Billy Boat, Robby Gordon, and Robby McGehee.
