This is an over-the-top appliqué that dates to 1980's or so.

It is a combination of glass beads and sequins designed to be sewn onto a bodice. 

This measures approximately 14" from shoulder tip to bottom of bead fringe.

And approximately 10" on inside V from shoulder to center.

Excellent, unused condition.
