- Many helmets need new batteries. However all were tested with an AC adapter and work. The ones that work with three current AA batteries are lit up in the first photo. If not lit up, I will test with new AA batteries and verify it works and send you a photo of it. You will then have to supply your own three AA batteries upon arrival.
