Plusses and Minuses for the Hardcover copy: 

Plusses:  This copy has been stored in my smoke-free, pet-free, climate-controlled home. It has NEVER spent a single day in an attic, basement, garage or storage unit. It has tight square corners, and - because of the way it's been stored - pristine, FLAT, pure white interior pages.  It has NONE of the old paper aroma that books develop when stored improperly. 

Minuses:  Nothing but small production/transport imperfections - the worst being very small imperfections at the top of the spine and a light 2.5" vertical indentation (running between the spine and the cover figure's hand that's nearest the spine) which is too light to show in the photos and does not break color. This is a First Edition hardcover that is out of its shrink wrap but still looks just like a new copy.  It has no OTHER reportable imperfections that I can detect.

Note that the photos used in this listing are not stock images.  The first two photos show the volume in its Mylar bag, ready to be shipped to its new owner.  Then, additional photos show:  the volume from various angles, including views of the front and back covers; and all the ends, edges and corners of the book. The 13th through 15th photos show: Creator Credits; the Volume's Table of Contents; and the indicia, demonstrating that this copy is a 2012 FIRST Edition. The final photo shows a sample of the story pages, to display this Hardcover's pure white interior pages.
