Otis "Candy" Finch Jr. was an American jazz drummer born on September 5, 1933, in Detroit, Michigan, and passed away on July 13, 1982, in Seattle, Washington.

He played and recorded with notable musicians such as Stanley Turrentine, Shirley Scott, Milt Jackson, and Dizzy Gillespie between 1966 and 1969.
