I think these are from 1990's? - I can't find any online.
 I don't see  damage, but are possibly used, and have shelf wear.

5-1/2" overall, 1/4" thick ends welded to 1/8 x 1" angle, weighs 4.4 oz.
1/4-20 nutserts 4-3/8" o.c., tubing clamps 1-3/4" i.d. w/ 7/64" allen screws.
