I always obtain proof of posting for all parcels dispatched, which are automatically insured to the value of £25 by Royal Mail & EvRi. Once the item has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the courier, and I cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Proof of postage will be forwarded if required to claim from the post office or Hermes Courier for lost or damaged items.
