This puzzle from General Box Company has the states cut in wood.  The State names or initials are not labeled on the front.  I believe this puzzle was a study aid for the naturalization process. The states do have the states initials hand-written on the back of all the pieces.  Parts of New England are in one piece.  Alaska and Hawaii are not cut in wood. Caribbean and Island territories are listed on the box along with the state capitols. The box top is faded a bit and the inside is not in good condition. States are brightly painted. The slate I have used for photos is not included.
