Vintage Parliament Style Wall Clock with Roman Goddess Pendulum & Gold Filagree Face

Inside this unique looking clock there's a silent brass movement marked "Endura Time Corp., Western Germany, no (0) jewels, unadjusted" and W12. There's not a lot of information I could find on this company or any other clocks similiar to this one but the movement was most likely made by a German clock maker specifically for them to use in their products.
Clock has an antiqued brushed on gold tone and the wide curved wood frame features an ornate, engraved floral leaf design. Octagonal shaped top houses a gold tone clock face with roman numerals, black hands and a gold filagree outer border. The long, narrow body of the lower section holds a classic style ceramic roman goddess like female figure on a floating pedestal as the swinging pendulum but is actually stationary. The shadow box interior has a black velvet background.

It is in great cosmetic condition with some wear consistent with age.
Clock does not come with a winding key so unable to test and can't confirm it will keep time once wound.
Measures 14"W x 3"D x 36"H and weighs 8 1/2lbs.
