Left hand gate hinge broken, this gate is glued shut. Broken floor top right on back can't fix, but it doesn't really hurt the blockhouse. There is no ladder with this. The gate cross log is made from a single post ladder, the gray catches that hold it in place are made from same set parts, the log lock works really well.  I painted this brown ( flat red and will show paint so you can match other walls with it.)

Overall it is a solid OvertheGate blockhouse.
