Toshiba Model TPA-F1 AC Power Adapter Charger With Battery Pack TBP-F1 UNTESTED
When plugged in the AC Power Adaptor TPA-F1 has a red solid "POWER" light and when the Battery Pack TBP-F1 is connected the "CHARGE" light flashes red slowly for a few seconds, then flashes quickly for a few seconds and then goes solid red. No Further Testing Done. Being sold AS-IS, UNTESTED for parts or repair since not able to test if battery is able to be charged or hold a charge. The 12V power adapter was tested with a multi-meter and got a reading of 11.8V, see photo. Listing is for AC Power Adaptor TPA-F1 with Battery Pack TBP-F1.
