Studley Oldham Burroughs was the nephew of Edgar Rice Burroughs.  Studley Oldham Burroughs illustrated many of the Tarzan books written by his uncle.  This card is from 1949.  

Unsigned.  Remainder of adhesive on card from previous mounting in scrap book.  Envelope has writing on front.
