If you choose "FREE" shipping, the postcard will be sent in a thin cardboard mailer using eBay Standard Envelope (ESE) tracking. Note that ESE tracking only monitors movement between processing centers and does not provide mailbox-to-mailbox tracking. A "Delivered" scan indicates that the postcard has reached the final sorting center before your local post office; it may take a few extra days, to a week, to reach your mailbox. Expect potential delays of up to 3 weeks within the U.S. due to USPS?s poor performance; international delivery ($2.50) may take 4-5 weeks.
Free ESE Shipping Limitations:
The postcard cannot be marked "Do Not Bend" or sandwiched between two
pieces of cardboard, as these options disqualify it from ESE shipping.
