1. Item Condition

Please review the item photos and descriptions carefully—what you see is exactly what you’ll receive. Any testing performed will be noted in the listing.

2. Inventory Marking & Return Verification

Operational items include a unique inventory number that’s invisible under normal lighting—only visible under a specific light. This mark helps prevent return fraud (e.g., substituting old or broken items). Returns of marked items without the correct inventory number will be refused, and we will notify eBay of suspected fraud. Thank you for understanding.

3. Sales Tax

As mandated since October 1, 2019, eBay collects applicable sales tax during checkout for relevant U.S. states. This tax is not included in the listed price and is the buyer’s responsibility. For details, refer to eBay’s Tax Policy.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 48 hours of auction close or purchase. Failure to pay within this window may result in cancellation and relisting of the item.

5. International Buyers

We may approve or decline international payments (via PayPal or credit card) at our discretion. Shipping costs do not include customs duties or taxes—these are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Shipping Terms

• Carrier Flexibility: We calculate shipping costs based on the carrier listed, but may ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or another service at equal cost.
• Free Shipping: Applies to continental U.S. only. Separate surcharges apply for HI, AK, and PR.
• Freight Items: Freight-shipped items require a commercial address with dock access. Residential delivery may incur extra charges, paid by the buyer.
• Local Pickup: Available—please contact us to arrange.
• Shipping & Handling Charges: Buyer pays all fees shown in the listing. These are non‑refundable.
• Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges (domestic and international).
• Phone Number: Required to schedule shipping or freight delivery.
• Damage & Insurance: We insure most shipments but are not responsible for carrier damage. Buyers should file claims. Proof of insurance can be supplied upon request.

7. Packaging

Items are packaged according to carrier guidelines, often using recycled materials to reduce waste and ship costs. 

8. Feedback & Customer Service

Positive feedback is appreciated! We’ll leave feedback as soon as you do. If any problem arises, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

9. Returns & Restocking

Returns must be pre‑approved. If approved:

• Must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• The buyer pays both original and return shipping costs.
• Item must be returned in the same condition it was received, including all original packaging, tags and accessories.
• Tracking and insurance are required for returns. We aren't responsible for shipping damage during return.
• Non‑compliance may result in extra charges or refusal of the return.

10. Liability & “As‑Is” Clause

All items stated sold “As‑Is,” with no warranties express or implied. If it's not shown in the photos or description, it’s not included. Buyers are strongly urged to ask any questions before bidding. Once the item leaves our premises in good condition, any damage or loss in transit is not our responsibility. Filing carrier damage claims is up to the buyer, though we’re happy to provide documentation.

11. Shipping Fees in Returns

For items shipped with free shipping, any shipping cost will be deducted from the refund if the buyer returns the item.
