This is an original Ford steering gear which is correct for all 1968 1969 1970 Mustang and Shelby models with power steering or also the special handling package and all 1967 Mustang models with the 1 1/16" sector shaft.  This is the desirable 16:1 ratio.  It is in near perfect condition and is smooth and tight and ready to install.  I removed this 20 years ago from a car and have had it stored in the garage ever since, saving it for that super nice project car.   It is time for it to go to someone who can use it.  As with all steering, suspension and brake parts, they must be serviced, installed, and tested by a qualified service technician.   All original Ford here and correct!
