There is a blacked out Universal Studios wardrobe dept inventory barcode on the inside waist, but the pants are new without tags and were not used.  Plastic bag with extra button attached on outside.

This season's updated is the change to 2-WAY stretch material. Wrinkle-resistant for easy care, even after washing. Raised positioning of the waist so that the waist can be marked, for a look that is flattering even with a shirt tucked in. Changed to an open-front design, for a design that feels more proper.

Straight below the knees, so the legs look slicker and more beautiful.
