The Governor's Print is signed by both the Governor, Buddy Roemer and the artist, David Noll. Also includes SIX 1989 Louisiana State Waterfowl Stamps: 2- Resident and Non-Resident Stamps (signed by David Noll); 2- Resident and Non-Resident Stamps (unsigned); and 2 Resident and Non-Resident 'Governor's Edition' Stamps. The edition size is limited to 330 sets. This set will arrive complete in its original packaging and its from a smoke free home. Any shadowing seen in the pictures are just from the lighting; the print is is mint condition and has consistent white borders. Print has been stored in folio since purchase and has not been exposed to sunlight / light (never framed/matted).
