30 DAY MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY

Items have to be returned within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition, unused (with original tags and/or packaging), and in the original packaging. If the item is received and is not in original condition, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Return shipping needs to be paid by the Customer No change of mind fee will be charged however initial shipping fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund. Certain items may be excluded from the change of mind returns policy due to health and hygiene reasons. What do I do if my item doesn't arrive within the Estimated Time

First of all please make contact with your local Post Office and check they are not holding your parcel for you.

Log in to ebay and check in your transaction, we attache the tracking number to every order in ebay.

Then if still not received / found, send us an email Via eBay message message advising the item has not arrived. We will then contact Australia Post and follow it up for you and advise the outcome.
