Brand new with tags! Very fun and unique double sheer mesh lined underwire bra. Straps are worn on shoulders as normal (inner mesh) but second strap (outer mesh) goes around neck - halter style. Outer mesh is black and inner mesh is a white/silver color and "peek-a-boos" out in center.
