Pre-owned condition is good except some minor scratches on the table of rubellite (see the last photo with 10X magnification) which are not too noticeable with naked eyes and also superficial scratches and slight wear of rhodium plating at the bottom of the shank (see 9th photo) which can be polished and re-rhodium plated easily for a brand new look by any professional jeweler.
