This bright and colorful handmade patchwork scrap quilt measuring 37" by 48" would be perfect as a lap quilt or for the nursery for either a boy or a girl; newborn, infant or toddler.(FYI: crib mattress is 27' by 52").

It was constructed using over 250 individual fabric patches of 100% quality cotton batik as well as 100% cotton designer fabrics by Robert Kaufman featuring the 9-patch quilt block in yellow, orange, red, pink, blue, aqua, green and purple with a white background surrounded by scrappy pieced borders.

The quilt top is machine pieced.

A layer of cotton batting in the middle adds warmth to the quilt.

The backing fabric was made of an ultra-soft 100% quality cotton flannel fabric in a yellow star print.

A scrappy batik dot mitered double-fold binding has been added for durability.

Easy care-machine wash(cold) and dry(gentle cycle).
