pre-owned - teapot is very pretty - however if you see the last 2 pics you will see a small chip on the teapot and the lid is broken on the inside - but if you look at it from the picture you "cannot' tell anything is wrong with this teapot - for collection purposes only to sit on a shelf this teapot is lovely
