Estimated condition is Very Good (4.0) The front cover page has wear on the bottom left hand corner and a faint diagonal crease on the bottom right corner, and numerous ticks running along the spine. 

The back cover page has small tears and folds running along the top of the page. There is a sizable tear on the middle of the back cover page.
