This is Kingdom of Champions (Hero Games/Iron Crown Enterprises #410, 1990), a 208-page sourcebook for adventuring in the United Kingdom with the Champions superhero role-playing game.

The cover has moderate cover wear, with a 1" tear on the back. The pages have light creasing along the bottom, spine corner (primarily towards the front of the book), and the corners are slightly curled with a little creasing on some; otherwise, the pages are in excellent condition.

I have gone through the book page by page to check the condition; I want to be as clear about the condition as I can. That's not to say I necessarily catch every detail, but I'm pretty confident that if there are tears, or writing, or missing pages, or other substantial flaws, I will know it and account for it in the description.
