This stocking is in good to very good condition  It is made of what some call Felt and some call Flannel.  It is very soft and more like a light felt.  There is what looks like darkening of the jingle bells.  Please see all photos for your review of item and your estimation of condition.  Pictures always tell the best story. We have looked over this stocking many times since we purchased it and cannot tell if it is a reproduction of a vintage stocking or if it truly is a vintage or antique stocking.  We have not seen another like it recently.  We thought we may have seen some similar contemporary ones made by Bethany Lowe in years past but in our search we could not find any.  It is being sold as seen and as is as we have no definitive info either way.  We think it is really nicely done and shows no wear.  It is a perfect addition to your holiday decor with its classic 1940s-50s theme. The stocking measures approx [17.5" Long from top to toe and approx 5.5" Wide at Top Cuff ] and includes a ribbon loop for easy hanging. It has a zig zag edging stitch (off-white or cream) around the entire stocking and 3 jingle bells on the Furry Cuff!. The material used in making this stocking is flannel or felt, and it comes in the color of old dark red with a decoration of Christmas tree and Toys etc. Its features include a truly vintage design and its time period of manufacture is unknown as we are stumped!!!. This item would make a wonderful gift or a great addition to any Christmas Stockingcollection.
