You are looking at a brand new OEM AUTHENTIC Titleist driver ferrule.  The adapter sleeves are reusable if cleaned out properly, all that's needed is a new ferrule for installing a new shaft.  Little to no turning is needed, just a cloth with some acetone will clean this ferrule up after install.  Don't settle for the cheap knock off ferrules, get yourself an OEM Titleist ferrule and purchase in confidence!
