Tuscany Design by Lockwood M-18600 C:1897. Larger, entry size in cast bronze. I don't know if it came in a smaller passage version. While probably not rare, it definitely is not very common. Very good overall condition, good detail and nice naturally aged patina. Notice the bottom pictures. Original spindle opening was for a 3/8" spindle. This has, what appears to be, a factory insert, that allows it to be used with a 1/4" spindle. It could be removed but would no doubt result in the insert being destroyed.
