Pair of mid-century desk fountain pens—clip-less, tapered style made for weighted bases. One is an Esterbrook desk pen fitted with a Re-New-Point 5556 (Firm Fine); the other is a Gregory Fount-O-Ink pen with a gold-tone No. 5 nib.

• Condition: Esterbrook taper has a gentle bend/warp near the tip (see photo). Light surface wear on both; no cracks seen in hand

• Nibs look straight under casual inspection; tipping not evaluated under magnification
