This is a vintage dog or child toy. It is scuffed up on the rubbery plastic body, but it works perfectly. It is a motion detector. The battery cover is missing. It would be nice to put in a walkway when people come over. Just have a little fun with it! It is 6 inches tall and 8 inches wide.
