One wonderful old cast brass 5 x 5 lift off hinge designed by G. S. Barkentin and marketed by Corbin Hardware circa 1896, a pattern they called 'Cushion'.  

The Blumin Ref # D-11900 shows the matching knob pattern for this design that Barkentin patented April 27, 1866 (#D-16656).

  Wonderfully appealing and intricate design, very clean piece, heavily decorated tips, beautiful!  Its been hanging all alone at our store for too long so we 'freeing' it up to be paired a like match, surely someone is seeking a mate for one or two!
