This is an authentic Omega Speedmaster Mark II watch link that was removed from a new strap. It measures 18mm wide and comes with the original screws need to attach it into your watch strap. 

It will fit bracelets with reference, 114STZ000014 and STZ000010 and clasps stamped STZ001154 such as Omega watch models- 327.10.43.50.01.001, 327.10.43.50.02.001, 327.10.43.50.03.001, 327.10.43.50.06.001 and similar models.
